Description

Seeking experienced bilingual Account Representative w/knowledge of third party collections, insurance verification, billing follow-up. Job will involve verifying coverage, creating billing packets, following-up with payers appealing claims from a hospital. At least 20 hours per week, located in hospital at Laredo; Minimum high school diploma; Strong computer exp Excel, Word, Account Management software. 35 wpm is required. Strong customer service skills on the telephone in person are essential. Rep must have the ability to multitask, work with minimal supervision, must be presentable professional in a client environment. Criminal background check drug screening will be performed.
